For customer who interested to develop their own design and collection, below is a step-by-step process guide for telling what we will go through from sampling to shipment.

THE PROCESS - STEP1
  • FABRIC SOURCING

    Start from fabric sourcing through different china mills and suppliers, based on customer’s specific instruction.

    We source fabrics mainly from the giant fabric markets which located in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, different fabric mills open their sales offices in the main markets, we buy fabrics directly from mills without agent cost, so to minimize our customer cost.

  • PRINT DEVELOPMENT (optional)

    Customer can develop their own print. We will need the AI /JPG/TIFF file, color pantone numbers for accuracy of colors and 1:1 proportion output of the print.

    We can handle screen print/digital print/dye washed effect print/sandwashed effect print.

    Sample period for the first swatch is 14 days.

PATTERN MAKING & SAMPLE MAKING

Sample pattern development based on tech pack or sample reference with simple or detail sketches, our pattern maker use (CAD) computerized pattern making software for the drawing and sampling.

Our Charges

Sample charge – Proto Sample: 100% on top of the quoted FOB HK unit price.

Sample charge - All different kinds of samples: 50% on top of the quoted FOB HK price.

THE PROCESS - STEP3

Quotation

Official Quotation will be provided along with the samples during sample delivery.

Every quotation is quoted based on a specific quantity which suggest by the customer before quoted. Any significant change of order quantity will make the changes for the quotation as well.

Our standard minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per style / per color/ 4 sizes.

THE PROCESS - STEP4

Order Placement

When received the official PO from customer, we will open an proforma invoice to proceed the order.

Our Production period per style is between 30 – 45 days, repeat order is within 30 days.

PAYMENT TERMS:

For Order below USD35,000: 30% TT deposit and 70% TT payment before shipment.

For Order above USD35,000: 30% TT deposit and 70% TT payment before shipment or Letter of Credit payment, for details, please enquiry when needed.

  • Fabric Test

    Fabric Test

    We would provide the A4 fabric swatches to customer by request for fabric test report (AZO, color fastness etc).

    Customer would arrange the testing by their side, or request us to arrange the fabric test report directly with their nominated test center. The testing cost will be costed on customer.

  • Quality Check and Approval Before Shipment

    Quality Check and Approval Before Shipment

    Before shipment, we work three methods for approval before shipment:

    1. Customer arrange QC to our factory for in-house garment inspection before shipment.

    2. We provide full sets of shipment samples to customer for approval in their own country.

    3. For our old customers who trusted our quality, we provide the detail pictures of the bulk products for approval before shipment.

    Production period per style: 30 – 45 days. Repeat Order: Within 30 days.

    Our production capacity is 50,000 pieces / month.

  • Label

    LABEL ACCESSORIES

    For order over 1000 pieces (one style or few different styles)

    We will develop and provide the label accessories to customer by request; or

    We order the label accessories directly from customer’s nominated supplier.

    For order below 1000 pieces (one style or few different styles)

    Customer will be required to provide the label accessories to us; or

    We order the label accessories directly from customer’s nominated supplier, and Cost on customer.

    * For customer who don’t have supplier for label accessories, we would suggest our label suppliers and develop the whole set of label accessories for them. The actual label costs from the supplier will be costed on customer without surcharge from us.

THE PROCESS - STEP7

SHIPMENT ARRANGEMENT

We ship the bulk by customer’s appointed forwarder. We can arrange shipment from any China Port or Hong Kong Port. All the shipment documents after shipped will be well prepared and provide for customer for their easy follow up.

For customer who don’t have appointed forwarder, we can suggest our trusted forwarders for customer when needed.

THE PROCESS - STEP7

AFTER SHIPMENT

If our bulk products occur any defect or damage, customers are allowed to return to us for repairing (if repairable), or refund, within one month after the bulk is received by the Customer.

To establish long term relationship with each customer, customer’s interest is our interest and we are responsible for our products.
